FNB ********** EXCESS ITEM 1

Good day

My name is Enock I have a Business Gold Cheque account with Fnb Bank as they are rated number one in the retail banking. They use the slogan How can I help you and they are useless. I was charged R155 for Excess fee **********ly ripping their customers. What an embarrassment, beginning of this month i was charged this Excess item 1 I complained they promised to reverse I was called by their customer service representative and he referred the matter to a gentleman by the name of Owen. Since today nothing has been done. They don't even bother to follow up or phone me.
