FNB ********** EXCESS ITEM 1

Good morning I hope all is well. My name is Enock Sono I have a Business Cheque account also a Premier private Cheque account with Fnb. So I am Fnb loyal customer and family. Last week Fnb chargerd me Excess item 1 on my business gold account an amount of R310 and 1 transaction of R155 was sorted and another transaction is still pending after I have spoke to FNB Business Banker he promised to sort it out on the 22 January 2021. So let me share my experience and journey with. Fnb. On the 18th of January 2021 I took my wife we went to Shoprite Malvern for shopping I used my Fnb Premier cheque account card for the first time. Then the following day on the 19th of January 2021 on my Fnb app while I was checking my balance I saw 2 funny pending transactions debited by Mucha net an amount of R14-73 and R45-76 so I went to report at Fnb Malvern. I called Fnb card ***** department they said it will take them. 10 working days I was given a case number and they said I have to destroy my old card and they will order me a new Fnb card. Then a new Fnb card was ordered I was charged R120 rands for a new card. Im surprised today I have been charged on my Fnb Primier Cheque account R200 rand Excess item 1, I don't know what is that for.

Please somebody help me I'm frustrated and angry.
