Hello. My monthly loan repayment has been deducted on the 13th of December, which is unacceptable, and a breach of contract. It was previously agreed to be deducted on the 25th of each month (last month included). You have deducted almost R9000 in less than 3 weeks. Kindly advise why you have done this, and when I should expect the money returned to me, as this constitutes as ***** and bad business practice.
