I been struggling from August after payment holidays uplifted by debit order running to my account COVID loans which I don’t know it. I asked std bank several times to investigate this covid loans from which companies. Because always I have to reverse it. But no one get back to me and ask why I reverse a money. Finally yesterday std bank manage to send me details of the **********. That is Fnb.

I called Fnb and spoke with lindiwe and she ask me if I did apply covid loan. I told her I never apply covid loan. Only home loan I have with Fnb. Which is is up to date. She cut my call. I recall again no one answered. I want Fnb to clarified why they ***** me. Who sign that Covid loan without my authority. I never see ****** bank like fnb. How many people did they ******** them every month. I will make sure this have to be published all via social media and network. Also reported to ombudsman.
