Fnb *****ulant behaviour

26 July 2020 I made a transfer of excess funds from my creditcard to my debitcard.As soon as the money was tranfered an extra amount of R678 also went off and dissapeared. The negative amount of the extra R678 was then added to the owing balance on my credit card . I immediately notified Fnb. 8 Bankers then contacted me, but no one was able to help, and said it is right that the money was taken according to them, they couldnt find a fault with it. This is not right as all my accounts was in good standing and no outstanding amounts was owed. I then went to a branch to fill in a complaint... two references and 3 weeks later, nothing has happened. I feel this is ********** behaviour and poor service from Fnb. I feel that the money was ****** out of my account and no one is being held accountable for it. In my opinion, a bank is suppose to safegaurd your money for which you pay a service fee for. How can you trust a bank like FNB when your money is just dissapearing out of your account!
