FNB **********

On the 18th May my Morgage Protection Plan was approved and put into place, however FNB home loans is still trying to debit my account. I am unemployed and with obvious reason there is insufficient funds in my account. FNB collections then goes into my investment/savings account and takes money from there. How is this even legal for FNB to play around with my savings/invested money like its their own. It is a joint bond account take note. I have a Morgage Protection Plan in place which is supposed to pay the Bond for the next 12 months, This is an ongoing problem as FNB did the exact same thing last month and i had to wait 3 weeks for their error to be corrected and to get my money back.. The person responsible for this assessment and my morgage protection plan is Dpuo. I have left several messages for her with no response from her. They assured me last month that the error was corrected and it wont happen again.

Good day, so 6 months down the line FNB is calling me again stating that my FNB Home Loans account is in arrears where as i have a Morgage Protection Plan in place for the past 6 months and the approval letter states that it is covered for 12 months. I have sent in an affidavit stating that i am still unemployed and today once again FNB phones me to ask for the payment. Why am i having to deal with this its so frustrating and unfair on me all procedures was followed on my side. Where is the communication between FNB Home Loans and FNB CreditLife Department. I was not made aware of the request for the affidavit after 6 months but went to do it anyway in case of a problem like this. Dipuo who is handling my claim has not communicated any of this to me and after emails to her i get no response.. My approval letter states 12 months from approval so why have i been asked for an affidavit and if it was needed why was i not informed beforehand so that this could be avoided?????
