FNB **********

I have been under debt review for the past +/- 3yrs with Debt Busters (great company btw). Recently FNB took it upon themselves to move the amount owing in my cheque account and create a personal loan account with the outstanding balance, WITHOUT my consent or approval in any way, shape or form. I never signed any paperwork, I never got a call or an email or anything, absolutely ZERO contact with regards to moving and creating accounts and loans at their desire.

Due to this, my debt consolidators paid money into the original account, where it should have been paid into, only for FNB to now hand me over to Norman Bissett & Associates because the account hasn't been paid in months. Now I get a call every morning from Norman Bissett & Associates to inform me that I have been handed over.

When trying to contact FNB to sort the issue out, I simply get cut off or transferred to a million and one different departments and consultants, who cannot even answer me because they don't know how the accounts were created or changed without any communication to me or from me. I think it is shocking that FNB, one of the worlds most innovative and highly rated banks, does malicious things like this and then has no answer, nor are they even willing to speak to me.

Poor form FNB, poor form!
