I went to the Pinetown branch to sort my acc as my app no longer works and everytime I go to the atm I get a msg stating come to the branch with ID. I went this morning to the branch in pinetown only to be told our systems are offline I will call u back. She then called and gave me a *** and said she will call back as they still affected my load shedding. I then called the number she gave e me which leads to your call centre and they tell me that their reference starts with alphabets and no #. So what the hell do I do now
