FNB *****line unable to assisst

I reviewed my Bank statement just after Christmas in 2021, and saw that there were two withdrawals of R1,000 from my Cheque account. I went into the FNB chat function and asked for assistance. I was told that I have to go to the nearest branch, where withdrawal took place and fill in a form. Issue 1 - I have no idea where second withdrawal took place. Issue 2 - I am in Pretoria on holiday, withdrawals are a day apart and from the limited info on my bank statement, it looks like it was the same ATM.

I decided to wait until I get back to Cape town in January and try to query again.

You phone the FNB numbers, authenticate yourself and wait 35 - 45 minutes to speak to someone. Meanwhile being bombarded by messages to rather use the app, or a robot voice asking you to tell them what you need. The first person heard me clearly and said I have to speak to ***** department, then my nightmare started again, the person said they cant hear me, refused to put me through to someone else and then refused to call me back.

I was expected to phone again and then wait 45 minutes again.

FNB is this is your ***** HOTLINE???????????

I still have 2x R1000 withdrawals 1 of which I cant trace

Up to date, no-one from FNB has even made an effort to phone or contact me to try and resolve this issue.

Is this Customer Service?

Up to date, no further contact from FNB, I had a missed call after I placed the complaint, 19 January where I was informed that they will send an email, the email stated that they will investigate. Today is 28 January, still no feedback, SHOCKING!

Up to date no physical contact from FNB.

I have however received several emails stating :
Dear Valued Customer

Your High Priority Complaint Reference Number ***NF been assigned to a Resolution Service consultant in Customer Resolution Centre.

An investigation into your matter will now be initiated and we will be in-touch with you shortly

And then nothing happens, last email received 21 February.

I just want a phone call of someone that can resolve the issue, no robots of choose option 1 or 2 and if the option is not there cut me off, or hand me over to rude customer care agents who have no people skills nor knowledge of the FNB banking system.
