FNB *****LINE DOES NOT HELP with ********** debits.

On 17/10/2016 I noticed ********** activity on my debit card and reported transactions from 11 October 2016 under the Reference Aabaco Small and later ascertained the same company had been debiting my account since at least early June 2016.The bank have refused to assist and state that Iam buying online which I am not and never have and have refuted my claim with all sorts of excuses like "you must stop buying online" or "it is outside the 30 days required "when some of the transactions are within this time but ALL THE SAME COMPANY, said "phone them yourself" even although they are in the USA and "report us to the ombudsman " and "why did you not look at your in-contact messages " and guess what I never received in-contact messages -only when my account became overdrawn-" I do not like your attitude". I am a trained professional and never gave my confidential security details out to anyone!I stopped my card and you guessed it the transactions continued under a different name being Hostgator and other names. To this date only transactions after my card was destroyed have been refunded to me.The *****line is further agressive and the staff member even gave his name incorrectly ie SIMPHIWE DHLAMINI when there is a person by that name in hIs department spelled slightly differently. The *****line further ask for very confidential information that can be used to perpetuate further ***** .Something stinks at the FNB *****line.I have lost thousands of rands and FNB do not care.

Yes that is your excuse please look into it and tell me why?If I had bought online as you falsely accuse me of there would be a purchase order you can ask for.If your story is correct how did the false transactions continue after the card was stopped. Why did I not receive in-contact messages the whole **** stinks.Am I really not insured against ********** transactions that the bank can simply refute on a whim?
