FNB *****line

FNB has laterally decided to make my life a living hell its almost a week now they put my accounts on hold after I received my tax returns funds, FNB claims that a person from sars has called an report that other client has changed the account an it happened that his/her money was paid into my account the money doesn't belong to me.

I contacted sars and they have no idea or record of such therefore I asked FNB the details of the person who called them they gave me the number and when I call the number does not belong to sars it's another company and they also don't know who has called FNB. Am really devastated because I have cash it's difficult to survive even to go to work because I need money for petrol I went to FNB branch they also called the number and it send them to another company so in short FNB has no proof that a call is from sars but yet my account are put on hold. I have all the proof to claim the money even the statement from sars and the amount paid including sars comfirm that money was paid to the right account. I sent proof to FNB again.
