FNB ***** WHAT A PATHETIC JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst of the worst service I have ever received as a customer!!!! I am pretty sure a homeless person has not received such pathetic and putrid service!!!!! on the 20 December 2019 I loaded a ***** case money has been deducted from my account which I was not aware of until I saw my balance that R2350.00 has been taken from my account without my consent... I loaded the ***** case and was told it would take 7-10 working days, I understood as there are processes and procedures that needs to be followed.... but now I an done with this **** service I have received from FNB *****!! what a big joke. I followed up on the 30 December 2019 and was told to call back as the file is currently with managers for approval.. I was asked about one time pins that was sent to me to approve these payments but I told them numerous times I have not received no sms no notification on the app NOTHING!!!! I called again on the 8th of January 2020 and spoke to Bongiswa and Thuli and was told the file is still with management, I WAS AGAIN ASKED THE SAME DAMN QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD THE FILE IS WITH MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! How FREAKEN long does managers have to approve a claim///

AGAIN THE STUPID ME called again the 10 January 2020, this time I spoke to Shaun Kuller... WHAT A JOKE!!!! I was told the same F#CKED UP STORY!!! FILE WITH MANAGEMENT!!!! IT IS NOW 13 days and still not received feedback, a sms or a follow up on claim...... indeed I wanted to speak to a manager was told no manager is in the office... oh yes and I was on told for 35 minutes before the call was answered and guess what.. speaking to Shaun Kuller only lasted 10 minutes of COURSE the file is with managers.... NO FREAKEN WONDER MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN FINALISED AS YET... AS THERE IS ALWAYS NO MANAGER TO ANSWER MY CALL.. GOD KNOWS WHAT ARE THE MANAGERS BUSY WITH SEEING THAT IT TOOK THEM 13 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING TO DEAL WITH MY FILE.....

I AM SO IRATE!!!!! THIS IS TOTALLY ABSURB..... I WANT FEEDBACK TODAY!!! I AM GOING TO CONTACT Roshan Jelal PERSONALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
