FNB ***** Useless

FNB ***** department is useless. I was ****med online in July and no one at FNB can tell me anything. Keep getting redirected, but no one actually replies. I was told by the police, after filling out an affidavit, that my claim was valid and the funds should be able to be recovered. Now I'm sitting at a loss with no one to assist...so frustrated.
