Fnb ***** they allow money to be taken off yr acc

Fnb just horrible been with them for years now money is just beingg deducted called declined foreign don't know what it is and taking 8.50 from my account all the time if this don't stop I will closec this account and go elsewhere I never had this taken off mow I have - 17 in my acc I want all this 8.50 amounts paid back in my account
