Fnb ***** team: pathetic service

The worst experience that i have ever had from FNB so i will definitely be switching to Standard bank now. Extremely terrible service from the ***** department, agents are rude, no customer service and they hang up on you because they dont care. The fact that i have needed to come to the ***** department means that i have already gone through a terrible ordeal but not a single person there cares. They obviously dont care about their jobs because if they did they definitely would not treat a customer in that manner. I want immediate assistance and everyone that i interacted with investigated. That includes Thokozani, Innocent and a few others from yesterday. Absolutely utrly pathetic. There is no going back from this. Check further reviews against this department. I really suggest management take a look at the people you have employed there. There are lots of ppl that need jobs.
