FNB ***** Team not so helpful
Reported a ***** case in June 2020 and a Yoliswa Doyisa was assigned to the case. They requested police reports, invoices, POP etc and i provided. Since then no one has reached out or updated me. I alerted FNB to the account being used for ********** activities and the modus operandi of the ********* but FNB seems not to care as long as they see money in accounts. I am starting to believe they condone such use of their accounts or some people there might be working in cohorts with the **********. I lost R4000 that was never recovered

26 Jan 2021, 17:05The same consultant who was assigned got back to me saying i need to submit a police affidavit when i did this more than 6 months ago as part of evidence they requested. They are also suggesting that i handle this on my own through the police. This is already a reported case. Guess we will be stuck where we were in June 2020, NO ACTION.
