FNB ***** reporting nightmare

On 03 February 2023, I noticed that an unauthorised transaction went off my FNB account from a virtual credit card at 12h14. I logged into the FNB app to secure chat at 12h19 and selected the option for reporting card disputes and *****. The service does not provide the option to report disputes or ***** on virtual credit cards. I called FNB and was joined a waiting queue for over twenty minutes before I was connected to an FNB representative by the name of Walwandla Chauke. I reported the incident and was told that FNB will investigate and provide feedback between three and thirty days. The call dropped before I could get a reference number for the report. i then tried to contact FNB using the FNB app secure chat to confirm that the incident was properly logged and to get the reference number for followup. All my attempts were unsuccessful. I then sent an email to my private banker together with a screenshot of the unauthorised transaction. I spoke telephonically to the private banker and explained the situation. She mentioned that she will check with ***** department and call me back. I have not heard back since Friday afternoon and am still wondering over the weekend if anything is being done.

FNB, please prvide feedback on this incident. I would appreciate that the unauthorised transaction that went off my virtual credit card on 03 February 2023 at 12h14 for an amount of R1 193.95 be reversed. FNB, please consider making the reporting of ***** easier. The attendant that I spoke to, Walwndla Chauke had my contact details as I was sent an email to rate her service. It would have helped if there was confirmation that my report was properly logged or to notify me that there may be more information I need to provide.
