FNB ***** query no response

I would like to raise my concerns regarding ***** case ref 2019 /971794, in favour of Mrs D Fourie, which was logged 11 October 2019 and client was advised of 3 to 4 days turnaround time. This was never met and client was later advised that this should be resolved within maximum 7 business days. Still up until today no response from FNB. Please contact me ASAP
