FNB ***** - PVT Clients Cheque + Credit Cards - Poor, poor service.

FNB's handling of repeat ********** transactions on my Private Clients Cheque and Credit cards has been appalling. In four months I have not only gone through about 6 cards (replaced at my own cost) but have "lost" another R4,000 in a ********** transaction that was logged by myself but never followed up on on their part. No feedback ever given. No phone call ever made to me. Nothing. I forgot, until this evening, when another transaction of around the same amount was attempted and the card blocked. I was notified by a sms requesting me to call them, rather then them calling me.

While on the phone, I checked my account and found that a transaction of around R4,000 was successfully deducted from my account on the 15th October. Logged it, though certainly won't be holding my breath to hear back from FNB. And now sitting with a cancelled pvt clients cheque card as well as a pvt clients credit card - which I had to cancel, as when I got off the phone, the card hadn't even been blocked, despite it being FNB requesting I call them for the attempted suspected **********. transaction. Another two cards which I'll be paying to replace - whilst around R8,000 has vanished without so much as a phone call - nearly 4 months later.

I have honestly never received such poor service, FNB. If a client has logged ********** transactions, call them back within 4 months, particularly if similar ones follow for months afterwards. As of last week, I actually stopped utilising my FNB accounts in the interim - one a cancelled credit card as no replacement was ordered by me - wondering if I would receive a call about insufficient funds before I received a message asking be to call about the ***** and the blocking of the card that followed.

In over a week, a received an sms - every day - requesting that I deposit funds into my account or otherwise FNB "would dishonour". Not once did I receive any communication whatsoever regarding anything else to do with my accounts.

FNB. Please review all communications between you and myself. Why has it been over 4 months since I logged a ********** transaction for a large amount of money, and why have I not had any response from you? How many credit & debit cards have I had blocked, or have I myself cancelled because the card was not blocked? How many phone calls have you made to me, and how many hours have a spent calling you?

This is not an acceptable level of service. My accounts will be empty until I receive communication from you that addresses these concerns.
