FNB ***** PURCHASES

FNB (I KNOW YOU WON'T HELP, *********** BUT EXPENSIVE!!!)

Hi FNB Customers and fellow South Africans.

I need your help with something here...

I have this ********** transactions happening on my debit account. These *******s debited twice on the 10th of Jan 2020. First transaction deducted same day and the other one was banked on the 15th of Jan 2020.

To my surprise, first transaction that I logged a call for, it's no longer appearing on the transaction history when viewing via App.

For both transactions, there's a common word in the description, "olchrg.com" Has anyone ever experienced this before? What did this useless bank say to you?
