FNB ***** not interested unless you’re a client

I recently made a report on Hellopeter re our being ****med out of R175000 as a deposit on a home and FNB ***** not being interested. Within a couple of hours even though it was a Sunday evening I had an SMS and email response from FNB saying someone would contact me and it was top priority. Monday morning Samantha phoned me and said the ***** department would be in touch and 2 days later I did get a phone call. Very charming and thank you for taking my call etc etc and then came the nitty gritty of the call: a) You’re not an FNB client so you can’t expect any help. b) We only deal with your bank and not you so speak to them. c) The person who used a false ID to open a ********** account for a group of conveyancing attorneys ticked all the right boxes. d) You can write a review as many times as you like on Hellopeter but the above 3 points will stand. And she finished with Have a nice day! REALLY??
