FNB ***** - No Help from FNB

I deposit some money today at the ATM, and make the transfer I need to do with the money to our Homeloan Account, then when I got home I saw there is more money out of my account.

When I log in again with my telephone, I saw there's a deduction of R1542.78 made also today and I did not transfer, or make any other payments from this account, I don't even know who is Zhl Set Off Payment, as from 14;00 I try to get hold of FNb and even the ***** devision, but all the lines are busy with high volume calls. Just show how the ***** go on with FNB. I need my money back.
