FNB ***** NO CLIENT LOYALTY

I reported a ***** case with FNB - where one of their ex-employees - now a ********* - under the name of Pretty Cele conned me into saying she was with FNB *****.

I was at the time battling to get help on accessing my online banking and had phoned FNB to assist me. A few days after I had called FNB I received a call from Pretty Cele to say she has sorted out my log in and gave me a user name and password. I still could not access my FNB Online Banking on my laptop.

I could however access my FNB app from my cell phone due to face regocnition.

Anyway I was lead to believe she was from FNB and that she is the one assisting me with getting this sorted.

Yes I agree I fell for her lies and gave her one bit of information that I should not have but it was too late.

She was able to access my FNB through her cell phone - loaded herself as a beneficiary and transferred monies to herself and and FNB account.

I have all the correspondence/voice recordings to prove this.

Anyway this all happened whilst in COVID lockdown and after reporting to the police obtaining a Police case number and sending my affidavit plus all other documentation to FNB ***** by claims has been denied.

So now my question - do FNB not value their Gold Premier clients? Do FNB not look at the history of a client and calculate the monies they have made from that client.

Do they not value their clients and just spit them out like saliva?

Well that has happened to me.

A very angry FNB Premier client - Bond, Credit card and Platinum Cheque account with them.
