FNB ***** line is pathetic

My card was used in Checkers Brackenhurst on 7 June. It was used twice before I blocked it. They tried twice after that.

I did report is and followed up.

I was on the phone for 3 hours today to follow up. Was cut off 4 times and had to call again and was on hold for about 40 minutes every time.

I still did not receive any email or anything from the ***** department.

More than a week and no email or contact to get a new card.

Must I report it to the police or will they investigate?

I am really disappointed in FNB.
