Fnb ***** line

Money was taken out of my account after i already canceled my card because this is not the first time it happend. I called the ***** line to get help again. The man that helped me was so rude when i told him they didnt call me about the firts call that i made and he dropped the phone in my ear. I still didn't get my money back. I just want to know how do things like this happen?
