Fnb ***** investigation extremely poor

Fnb Customer service pathetic since I opened my account. Reported ***** on 10 May already, only response received was 26 May to advise funds have been utilized and I need to submit a court order. What the hell. Is this what you get with a Gold premier cheque account.???
