FNB *****/ Government Services- same whatsapp group?

Been with FNB for almost a lifetime and I must say the past few years have been nothing but horrific. My family and friends used to call me an ambassador for the bank but I have had nothing good to say about them lately. Been shoved from pillar to post since ********** activities on my credit card, wasted so much airtime calling from one department to the next and still nada.

This is my last attempt to beg for a some feedback from ***** or Credit card. I don't even need any feedback on the BOLT deductions from my credit card just need the transactions reversed to my credit card, a message or a call with feedback to know that something is pending or happening.

Kindly reverse all those deduction back to my credit card as my next step is to report you to the FAIS.
