FNB *****

I checked my balance on the 26th of December 2020..after there was money in my account.. To my suprise half of that money was no longer there.. And my phone never reported any transactions on my account.. I even dou le checked on my app. I then went through secure chat with an FNB consultant, who then told me that I had made purchases on the 24th at Hillcrest Checkers n Woolworths.. I'm still in shock because I dnt even know that place and my card is with me.. I never bought anything! The consultant then advised me to report my card with FNB ***** line.. I did that and the consultant I spoke to told me that there were no transactions appearing on their side so they can't open a ***** case.. How is that possible because money was indeed taken from my account
