FNB *****

Someone opened an fnb account and took a loan in my name. I have never had an account with fnb in my life. Ive been calling now for 3 months no one is assisting me they keep saying they are investigating. The ppl @branch also said they could see it was a ********** account but they not doing anything. im affected badly my credit score is affected. I need to purchase a house im unable to in a months time i wont have a place to stay
