FNB ***** DIVISION is no help

I opened a ***** case with FNB ***** division at the end of March 2021. Their feedback has been virtually non-existent. The supervisor does not reply to my emails nor is she available telephonically. Her boss is not available either! FNB's moto is "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?" Well.... I'm still waiting.
