FNB ***** DIVISION IS A JOKE

I app**** on line for a loan. Approved for over 100K - Told then I will take about 90K - then changed my mind & contacted them to say I will take entire amount. Received a call on Sunday asking what amount I wanted from the bank - realized I had not been asked questions to authenticate me. I did not elaborate further and told them to get info correct and contact me. Called again now, I told them they are not the bank they are ******** - they put phone down. Truecaller ID it as **** too. Immediately called FNB ***** division and reported it - FNB ***** division says "They don't see a link of *****" - I said you joking - I app**** on line - no one knows I app**** and people are calling - someone within FNB ONLINE LOAN APPLICATIONS must be leaking info out - Rodney Mputla from FNB says No he sees no PROBLEM

Thank you for reply and I had calls. However, I have still not had a call again from the Bank regarding my loan application. I want to cancel the original one and take the bigger one that was offered, however to scared to ask on line due to this ***** - I thought someone would have called me by now to sort out my loan application for the bigger one

AS mentioned, still nothing from FNB for the bigger loan - after I reported the ***** PROBLEM. Have they decided to decline their higher loan offer because I reported this. I will try again

I just called FNB - i have been transfered 4 times - Sales say not their division, loans say cant help and will transfer me, then cut me off, then telephone loan application cant help, as i must oi via online - iIsay cancel the current loan as I dont want lower amount - she cant -&transfer me and cuts me off. All I want is the loan with the higher amount - with no ***** inbetween !
