FNB ***** Division in STONEAGE?

I've signed up for the FNB App to ensure I DON'T have to walk into a branch or pick up the phone to make a Call. Heck FNB gone back to the stone age. I spent a good 20mins on a call waiting for anyone from ***** dept to answer. Heck even the Secure Chat is unavailable. WHAT'S the use there is a dedicated ***** Division if there's no assistance after holding for 20mins. I get it's a weekend but hell ********** don't have downtime. Cmon FNB improve here PLS MAN
