FNB -***** division do we need them?

Complaint – FNB ***** division

I need to understand why FNB has a ***** division? I think the salaries of these individuals are better spend lowering the bank costs of FNB’s clients.

I have reported 2 ***** ****s to FNB, the first I was personally involved with, within their prescribe time frame of 30 days. I have followed it up with numerous mails and telephone calls over the last 4 months, to no avail.

Over the last 4 months I have received minimal correspondence, (I think 2 emails) from 2 different representatives of FNB, with the same request.

They requested that I must open a case against the ********** and give them a SAPS- case number. My response was….Please provide me with the *********’s names then I will open a case against them. They used bogus businesses that was not registered with CIPC, and still they managed to open numerous accounts with FNB. My question to FNB is……….. How did they manage this?

The only reason I paid the online service provider was because they had accounts with FNB, and I knew they had to be FICA. I requested a refund from FNB or that they should reverse the transaction, but every mail or correspondence was ignored.

I opened a new business account this weekend to see if I could open up a business account without any company documents or proof of physical address. I had to go home to get the documentation, and only after a verification process of 2 days, received confirmation that the account was opened. Not even scanned water and lights accounts was acceptable.

After this encounter with FNB, I’m reconsidering my position with FNB. Do they collaborate with the clients that de***** other people or do they support their Private clients?
