FNB ***** Division

I had Suspicious activity on my Account, and was notified by the ***** department. The ***** dept tell be because I have used Uber in the past, I need to take it up with the merchant. Then they tell me I need to dispute the transactions, then they tell me again its not *****, its The disputes department. The Disputes department say its the ***** dept. No one seems to have a clue, and after numerous calls, and back and forth, I am getting extremely frustrated. and to make matters worse, after I cancelled my card, FNB have the cheek to charge me for declined foreign transactions, which I clearly didn't make.
