FNB ***** DIVISIION IS A JOKE !! security at FNB ATM and CARD PIN security needs improvement.

my domestic's handbag was snatched at SANDTON CITY , by four women on thursday 18/2019. at approximately13h50. all her belongings including her ATM card, was in the bag. the theft was reported to FNB ***** immediately , and apparently stopped. however, the card was used at an ATM at SHELL Garage , Rivonia and Eton Road , SANDHURST, and R950 was withdrawn . there was no PIN NUMBER in the bag!! . the reported was lodged on Saturday 20 April,, at FNB HYDE PARK as 19 april was good friday.and reported to the SAPS SANDTON on 21 April. we heard NOTHING FROM FNB despite various attempts to contact their ***** line ( about 20 calls , only to be TOLD TO HOLD < AS THE LINES WERE BUSY, ) and several VISITS TO FNB HYDE PARK , only to be told on Satursay 8 JUNE , that the claim was not going to be rEFUNDED BY FNB , as the PIN WAS USED. not possible , as there was no pin in the bag. no proof was provided , that this in fact was the case. the SHELL GARGE in SANDHURST , has a camera , and no attempt was made to verify who made the withdrawal. this SHELL GARAGE is often involved in such **** withdrawals, i am told , as it it close to SANDTON CITY , where apparently these SNACH and GRAB gangs are operating. the domestic's money was hard =earned , and if FNB can JUST FOBB _OFF these cases, of *****. then i am disgusted!! FNMB MUST REFUND THE DOMEISTIC her R 950 , AND IMPROVE THEIR ATM AND CARD SECURITY.
