Fnb ***** dept does not respond

I have opened a ***** case with FNB a year ago. And till today no response received or fnb has still not contacted me. When you call ***** department they say must ask for certain individuals however they not available. And still if you email them they do not response to your email. Is this the service we get as a fnb customer? Can they ***** dept please call me ASAP
