FNB ***** department wants to charge you to stop *****

I called FNB ***** line as someone is trying to take money from my account. i was advised that each time the company tries to take the money I will be charged R8.50. when I told them that it is ***** and that the money should not be taken off my account, their solution was to cancel the card and charge me for a new card. when i said to them that i do not accept being charged for a new card because they cant stop ***** the agent slammed the phone down in my ear.
