FNB ***** department useless
Someone hacked in my email and changed the invoice I sent to the supplier, I then called FNB ***** department which does not understand the meaning of client services, I sent them an email proving that the account number was changed in my invoice , and when I inquired who was the owner of the account I was told they must protect the clients information, how on earth do you protect a ********* who hacked into my stuff, does this make sense is FNB part of the **** , I was told someone was going to call me to date no one bothered calling me.my question is how does they clear 269 000 into someone''s personal account without questioning it,really this is questionable, if it was a business account then one will understand. They are the ones encouraging these ********** to de***** us .you call them they tell you they can't disclose client's information, is a ********* a client? Truly this is madness, to say the least. Can someone assist me as the ***** department does not exist. They don't care about clients , I guess all of them worked in government departments before they joined the bank , if you call the department they don't bother answering the phone, you will be attended after holding for 30 minutes. Please can someone teach FNB ***** department client service
