FNB ***** DEPARTMENT SHOCKING SERVICE

@First National Bank ***** department. I am a pensioner and Reported ***** on my account a month ago and reported it immediately , still to date no concrete feedback on the *****. Every time I call to follow up I get the same answer "that the matter has been escalated" 11k may not seem much to you but as pensioner it is a lot of money for me.
