FNB ***** DEPARTMENT, NO FEEDBACK SINCE 4TH DECEMBER

Good Day, i would just like to be assisted regarding a ********** ****. On the 4th of December 2018 round about 1 AM i got ****med with a loan that was offered by direct axis, I paid an amount of R4000 in a **** account, I was in Keywest Shopping Centre when the events happened. 5 Min after 1 i was already in FNB Branch in Keywest Shopping Centre. I logged a dispute upon the dispute i received a Reference Number FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rv ********** 5683. I then asked the gentleman who assisted me on how long will i have to wait before i will be contacted, he said 48 Hours and someone will assit me but when they do call i have to make sure that i have a SAPS Case number ready for them. I took of work and sat at the SAPS i got the Case Reference Number CAS 265/12/2018. The gentleman than promised me that the account i paid money into will be frozen until the investigation has been completed, I then waited a week and nobody called me, Went back to the branch and called ********** Department again, again i was told 48 hours. I asked if the case has been attended to and the gentleman said no. So I waited 3 days and nobody called. I went back to the branch called again and this time a Miss Bianca Beneke received my case. At this stage it has been 2 and a half weeks without them contacting me or keeping me up to date as now i am shocked at the level of urgency and professionalism that my bank offers. I asked if i can speak to Bianca regarding my case as i was place on hold for 15Min only to hear she is not available. Now i am done waiting for assistance regarding this case from the 4th December until now not even a call nor sms to say we are attending to you. R4000 is not small change as my bank is not taking my case seriously. It's almost a month now and i am tired of wasting my time on this bank. I am frustrated, irate and shocked due to lack of communication and urgency regarding customer service. I want feedback within the next 24Hours.

Good day. I am getting Sms on credit card payments and so on. I will not pay anything until FNB has assisted me regarding this. You are fast to ask money and take action but your service is so so bad? I am still not getting the service after HelloPeter and Facebook posts. Only a call on Thursday saying we received your complaint? So you received it are working on it? 5days later! Again Tuesday nothing... If it goes on like this i need to take further action regarding this issue. I want a number for Bianca Beneke so that she can tell me why she did not call me regarding this as she has been sitting with this case more than a month and doing nothing.
