FNB ***** DEPARTMENT IS USELESS AND PROTECT **********

I was ****med by a company that calls themselves SA MILITARY STORE. thru the course of me buying from them communication between me and them was good and they were responding to my emails and picking up my calls and everything was in order. i was promise by Daniel Abraham's at the SA MILITARY STORE that i would receive my goods on the 20th of January and a dispatch notification was sent out to me.

later on the 20th of Jan i call Daniel at SA MILITARY STORE and didn't have any luck as he rejected my calls, fine i then got in contact with the ***** department at FNB and reported the matter to get my money back (R66 585) my case investigator was Beverly Nukeri oh what a nightmare I forwarded all relevant documents to her from the affidavit to saps case nr she requested she got, and i got absolute no help from her and each time i called her she was waiting for Nedbank to respond back to her after the 7-14 working days period, my case wasn't handled with any sense of urgency and i feel very disappointed with FNB that out of R66 585 only R1 549 was recovered. im super disappointed in the bank i trusted the most and its staff at the ***** department because they are absolutely useless. where did my money go because you don't want to disclose the ********** account holder's information so he can be brought to book and refund my money, banks cannot protect ********** activity.
