FNB ***** Department is USELESS

The FNB ***** department is literally the worst department to deal with. This morning i woke up to see my business account balance was short. I then contacted business banking who then informed me there was a pledge lodged by the ***** department. I then phoned the ***** department who then started transferring me from person to person . Every person transferred to could not give me any information. I was then told best person to give details was the investigator and was given his name and number. Boitumelo is apparently the investigator however I cant get hold of him/her. The investigator has never contacted me, not sure if the investigations are one sided . FNB needs to review this process. You are exposing businesses to risk of financial loss by customers taking advantage what is clearly a weak process. I phoned the business banking department and a consultant said " I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ***** DEPARTMENT WORKS" . The most disturbing statement coming from an institution businesses trust with their money .
