FNB ***** department is unreachable

There are debit orders of R2k a month coming off my account, I don't know what they are and the f*ING robot on the phone can't tell me either and I can't stop them... What happened to human contact, someone who doesn't have a certain set of pre-recorded functions. I give my money to them for safe keeping and right now I'm now feeling very safe. Please if there is anybody out there from fnb call me or reply via email. I don't want to have to change my accounts because of the incredible inconvenience this is causing.
