Fnb ***** department is such a nightmare

Fnb ***** department blocked my account without informing me. My account was blocked on the 12th of November 2020. I only realized Friday afternoon that my account was blocked after I could not use it at retail shops. On the 14th November 2020 on a Saturday I called fnb to find out why I can't make payments etc. I was informed that Andile Dada blocked my account. I was at a my brother's wedding dat time and needed money urgently. The call center agent looked for the Andile dude And was nowhere to be found on Saturday. The enquiries team did not know y my account was blocked also. I decided to call their ***** department and spend more than an hour to find out what is going on here. Worst part ur ***** department gave me a number dat does not exist to locate this Andile. You really frustrated me. Wasted my time and airtime . I want you guys to unblock my account so that I can close off all my accounts with you. I can't deal with heartless people, poor service and inconveniences. You manage my money but u treat people like nonsense. What gives this Andile guy authority to block my account without informing me??? He must stay away from my money dat I have worked so hard for and focus on his finances if he is dis heartless and unprofessional. I regret coming back to FNB after I have closed my account before. This is the 2nd complaint I am lodging with very well few months coming back to FNB.
