FNB ***** department is not responding to my dad's case, I'm starting to think that they are condoning their client's ********** actions!!!
It's now a month trying to get hold of the employee in charge of my dad's ***** case against one of fnb's client with fail. We have called numerous times times, emailed the employee and still no response. Why is fnb dragging its feet on my dad's case? The ********* should be arrested already!

20 Oct 2021, 10:35@FNB, kindly note that your employees by the names of Primrose Mhlaba and Aphiwe Hlongwane have been saying that my dad's bank should be giving him feedback, of which is confusing to all of us because, my dad has been to his bank (Capitec) more than 5 times, where Capitec has confirmed that they have sent through all the necessary documents requested by FNB over 2 weeks ago, and have been awaiting feedback since then, and nothing has been said. We are truly frustrated with this back and forth and run-around we have been getting from FNB without a solid feedback or way forward. Kindly attend to this please, it has been a month now since this case has been reported and nothing solid has come out of it!
