FNB ***** DEPARTMENT IS NON EXISTANT!!!!!!!

My Business banks with FNB. I have a ongoing ***** case where R186000 has been ****** from me. My case was assigned to Thando Thalipi and this guy can not care less about my business! NO CALL BACKS! NO ASSISTANCE!!!! Its been been 2 weeks!!!! I have a monthly turnover of Millions!!!! Endless emails endless calls to the call centre keeping the line for 40mins at a time only to get cut of or to find out thando is not available! How can he be assigned cases if he is not available?????? Is Fnb going to pay my Vodacom bill for the 100 phone calls I make to them everyday just to be cut off???? If I have to hear "Mam I can only escalate this" one more time I might just puke!!!

Why is my business not important enough to Fnb????????
