FNB ***** Department is KILLING an INNOCENT business due to incompetence!

The FNB ***** department absolutely ***********. Firstly they have blocked someones account without proper investigation. This mean that another business cannot transact for the past week with out any proper answers. We have been calling into the ***** department for answers and they keep giving excuses and saying call this department and that department.

According to the FNB ***** department anybody can call them and say there was ***** done on an account and they will immediately block it. HOW does this even make sense?

So basically any unstable or mentally ill person can call into FNB and they will just listen to them and block the account. Lets look at another scenario ... competitors in business can call FNB and get the account blocked. One business will be able to transact while the other has a NIGHTMARE trying to get their account opened again.

I have a case number that needs to be resolved like last week. I have given the ***** department so much of evidence that there was no ***** done on the account but they still cant seem to help. Why are you even paying these people? Some of the consultants admitted that its not a ***** matter but they still don't help. This is RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING!!!
