FNB ***** department is a joke

I have submitted a review previously, which they have acknowledged, and yet the bank is still not providing any form of assistance.

The FNB agent Gumbi, Moipone" <***> simply ignores numerous followup email request.

I do not know why such a lack of service is being allowed by FNB staff, it is simply unacceptable and unprofessional
