FNB ***** department *********** to the max!

Ridiculous does not come close! My accounts funds were pledged after receiving funds from Hong Kong after stalling and deliberately ignoring my emails and phone calls for 3 weeks. They came back with a review from compliance to send the funds back. After I had sent proof of what my business does and it’s not my only account. I have banked with Fnb since 2011. This was not the first transaction on the account. I have proof of invoices from legitimate companies that I am exporting to china. They sent funds back when I have to pay the community Members for work done! I have multiple issues to resolve and this they respond by advising me that they can’t take the risk. What risk. There is no damn risk. This is the message I received from Amanda gie at 10pm. No help at all. Totally unprofessional and no lack of compassion after I sent proof of my situation and have proof from the SAPS my gates were blocked by community members, this is absurd. What’s does this mean. After careful consideration FNB has determined that it does not have the risk appetite to facilitate this payment (or any other similar payments) and the funds would be returned to the remitter This all occurred because I don’t have a diagram of shareholders etc. All I do is work! Not everyone has time to be making diagrams and aesthetics for a company. All we do is supply and we do it well. We small but we do it well. I really do not understand how unfair and costly this has been to me and how unprofessional it makes me look to my investors. Horrible! If they want to do their job in ***** they should stop all the payments that west Africans get through their accounts not legit payments recognised by the sender or account holders. Disgusting and insensitive! I am lost for words and upset with Fnb.
