FNB ***** DEPARTMENT ***********

I think the worst thing about FNB is their inability to keep you updated throughout the process of an ongoing investigation on the money that was ****** from you. The FNB ***** department is inept and show very little compassion to the trauma we experience as clients. For the past two days i have been emailing and calling the lady responsible for my case and she has not reached out, i was told she would contact me in 24 hours - however no response. This unacceptable.
